IIR Awards 2019
IIR- India Interior retailing Awards for the first time was awarding people on basis of their achievements in retailing style, innovative showroom, best showroom, display and design and many more categories, this was first ever experience for this trade who simply had been taking the awards from brands for sales. This was first time that their journey, their work, their struggle, their approach and their legacy was being honored.
In The 1st category, ‘Visionary leader in Interior Retailing’ 4 people were awarded, Kiran Gala (Euro World, Bangalore), Prakash Shah (Builder’s Home, Ahmedabad), Sunil Goel (Quality Hardware) and Madan Sharma (Core, Surat)
In the 2nd Category, ‘Best Debut Showroom’ 2 Showrooms received the awards, Prince Surfaces- Amravati, Inside Story- Kota
In the 3rd Category, ‘Best Display & Design’, Blau Design- Hyderabad was awarded, whereas in 4th category, ‘Best innovative showroom’ Krishna Ply & Hardware- Lucknow was awarded. In 5th Category of, ‘Best Showroom’ Aarenintpro of Bangalore received this prestigious award.
This award ceremony was curtain raiser for another promise to bring the industry again next year with same motive, some new dimensions, challenges and some more new agenda because the event ends but journey of reform and revolution remain to lit up the inspiration. IIR is itself a platform which will bring those inspiring people together on one stage.
